Procedure for appointment of Partner/Designated Partner:-
Decide the type of partner/ designated partner (Whether individual or LLP or Company or LLP incorporated outside India or Company incorporated outside India).
Enter in agreement for appointment of Partner/ Designated Partner
If the partner is appointed as Designated Partner then confirm the status of DIN (check residential status – updated or not. If not- update the same) and if there is no DIN then apply for the same.
File Form 3 & 4 to intimate the Registrar of Companies about appointment of partner/ designated partner.
Information required:-
Name proof and address proof of the person to be appointed including PAN of the same.
Consent to act as partner or designated partner.
Details of other partnership, directorship, if any.
Copy of the minutes of the decision/resolution/consent of the partners authorizing person to act as partner/designated partner in case of company or LLP as partner.
Agreement for the appointment of appointment of Partner/Designated Partner.
