Confirm the new address of LLP alongwith nearby police station address as required.
Check if any procedure mentioned in the LLP Agreement.
Take extracts of the relevant provision of the LLP Agreement, if any.
If LLP Agreement is silent about the procedure then take consent of all the partners for shifting of registered office of LLP/ Minutes of decision/ resolution. Rule 17(1)
Also arrange for the proof of the changed address of registered office of LLP.
File e-form 15 (rule 17(2)) with the registrar intimating change in place of registered office within 30 days of such change.

Proof of changed address of registered office.
Copy of the minutes of the decision / resolution / consent of the partners.
